Getting involved

At GCS we believe that our customers have the right to have their say and be listened to.

We want to make sure that our Guinness Care and Support (GCS) services are the best that they can be and we’re always trying to make them even better. What our customers tell us will really make a difference to the service that they receive and the way that we work.

We will make sure that all customers get the opportunity to have a say about their own service at least four times a year – this may be through a consultation meeting, individual meetings or other ways.
