2009 STATUS- Latest update!
In July 2009, we sent out STATUS (Standardised Tenant Satisfaction) surveys to a random sample of our customers from around Guinness Care and Support and the other companies within The Guinness Partnership, asking for their feedback on our services.
Guinness Care and Support would like to say a huge thank you to all customers who have returned their STATUS surveys. The feedback we receive is vital in helping us to improve our services, so we cannot do this without your help. STATUS is also a regulatory requirement for all social landlords so really important for Guinness Care and Support.
The fantastic number of returned surveys will be analysed throughout August, ready for reporting in September. Results will be released to customers at the Partnership Customer Conference in Oxford on 12 September. Results will then be made available on this website, along with a response from Regional Teams and service areas.
In the meantime, management teams across the business will be working on using your feedback to improve our services and this information will also be available on our website in September. We will also want to do some further consultation with you to understand the results by running focus groups, so please let Helen Webb know if you wish to take part using the contact details below.
