2009 STATUS- Latest update and prize draw winners!

Since STATUS results were released across the business at the end of July 2009, we have been busy working on embedding your feedback in our service improvement plans and business planning. Results have been shared with management teams across the business, as well as with our Board of directors.

Customer Strategy Group (CSG) received a presentation of results at their meeting this month and were keen to receive regular updates on our progress in service improvement, following 2009 STATUS results. CSG are also helping with the communication of service improvement work and STATUS results, to ensure that this is done in the most clear and accessible way for customers. This work has begun and STATUS results will be published on this website in October.

The prize draw of £100 for 2009 STATUS has been carried out and Guinness Care and Support has a winner!
