The Report a Repair form is the starting point for reporting your repair online. The form will go to the correct repairs desk who will immediate contact you to arrange a contractor visit.

Please enter all details as fully and precisely as possible. This will help improve the speed at which your repair can be processed

Your Details
Full Name - Enter your name in full eg Mrs Alice Smith

Address - Your full address is essential for the contractor to find your property. Please include house/flat number, the floor you live on, street name and town.

Postcode - Postcode is essential and will direct your repair to the correct repairs desk. eg N3 4BB or HP11 2NZ.

Telephone numbers - You must supply at least one phone number. For the repairs desk to arrange a contractor to call we do need to be able to contact you. Please double check the number is entered correctly. eg 01494 535823.

Your Email - To acknowledge receipt of your repair request we will email confirmation. You will be asked to enter your email address twice to ensure it is correct.

Availability - Please indicate when you will be available for a contractor to visit. eg preferred days; morning or afternoon. We will try to accommodate requests where possible.

Any other information - If you feel we need to know any other information please enter it here in as much detail as possible.

Problem Type - From the drop down list select the category which best describes your problem.

Identify Problem - Explain the actual problem in a little more detail.

Location of problem - Where exactly does the problem occur? Eg which room? which part of the equipment?

Perceived Priority - Definitions:
  • Emergency: 24 hours
    If your repair is likely to cause a serious and immediate threat to health, safety or welfare to any person / third party or to the condition/construction of the property please report this to you local repairs desk or our Out of Hours emergency repair service on 08450 577094 (evening, week-ends or Bank holidays).
  • Urgent: 1 Week
    If your repair is necessary to prevent major inconvenience or discomfort to any person / third party and if not dealt with promptly could escalate to require an emergency response or cause significant damage to the condition/construction of the property.
  • Routine: 1 Month
    If your repair causes minor or no inconvenience to any person / third party or little threat to the condition/construction of the property.
Once you have submitted the Report a Repair form a copy of the submission will automatically be emailed to the email address provided above.
