Guinness Care & Support Service Manager - West

In general, my role is to ensure the successful operation of care and support services across a wide area. I manage a team of sheltered scheme managers and work closely with the housing management team to ensure we provide a high quality service to our residents. I get involved in recruiting and training new staff, liaison with key stakeholders and making sure we have good relationships with other agencies. I also help to develop effective resident liaison within our sheltered schemes - something very valuable to older people.
