Training, new skills, work
Our
Training Partnership equips residents to work with us and to
run tenants' and residents' associations. Courses are run by both
customers and Trust staff. They teach leadership, secretarial and
organizational skills.
Train to Gain is a government programme that
provides training services to business. You can access National
Vocational Qualification (NVQ) courses in Housing, Environmental
Services, Customer Services, and Business and Administration. These
courses are open to any Guinness Trust resident who is over 19
years old and living in London or South East England. These free
courses will take place on your estate or nearby.
Skills for life courses may also be provided in your area.
To find out more about any of these opportunities, call a member
of your local community investment team.
