Centre of Excellence for Home Ownership Services Launch

Today sees the launch of The Guinness Partnership's Centre
of Excellence for Home Ownership Services!
Following consultation with employees and customers, a
small, specialised team is launched today who will deliver support
for the Partnership. The team will work across two locations
(Oldham and Milton
Keynes) and will take on responsibility for delivering
a number of key home ownership services in the north and
south.
The Partnership team will link in with local offices who
deliver front line housing management services to home owners. In
some cases this will be specialist teams while in others, generic
housing officers dealing with a mix of tenures.
Ann Faulkner, Head of Home Ownership Services
explains:
"It's all about 'Tens', the work starts here
in achieving our aim to increase satisfaction with home ownership
services by 10% during 2010. This will also mean providing a better
service to our (almost) 10,000 home ownership customers, whilst
making 10% cost savings".
