What is STATUS?
Standardised Tenant Satisfaction Surveys (STATUS) are surveys that ask our customers to tell us about the services that we provide.
Last time we sent out STATUS was 2007 (2008 for Guinness Care and Support customers).
There will be a Tenants, Homeowners and Sheltered Housing Survey
Why is STATUS so important?
Regulatory requirement – All Registered Social Landlords must send out surveys at least every three years, so that our performance can be monitored.
2009/ 10 Business Planning - Your views will provide customer priorities for Business Planning in September!
New Customer Service Standards - Questions in these surveys will allow us to monitor our performance against our new standards
Who do my surveys go back to?
Kwest Research - They have worked with The Guinness Partnership for many years. Your feedback will also be confidential.
Kwest will provide a telephone number to call if you have any questions.
Surveys will go to a random sample of customers.
When are they going out?
Surveys will be posted out in early June so look out for yours!
Further information about the survey and our plans for using your feedback will be available on your company website from June.
All returned surveys will be entered into a prize draw so please make sure you return yours for a chance to win!
Results will be available by September and will be available on your company websites and in newsletters.
