NSW Ltd's Nigel Woolford presenting one of the
raffle prizes NSW provided.
Thursday the 7th of August 2008. Residents at
Avondown House, an Extra Care Scheme in Bath, held a tea-party in
the presence of the Lord Mayor of Bath to celebrate the completion
of a major bathroom refurbishment project.
The party was Guinness' way of saying thank you to residents for
their good humour, patience and co-operation during 5 months of
disruption.
Area Maintenance Mananger Chris Coldrick praised contractors NSW
Ltd for the sympathetic way in which they had approached the job
and the high standards of concern and service they had shown to
everyone at the scheme. The excellent relationships, the way in
which the work was done and the overall quality of the finish were
reflected in a fantastic Completion Survey response that showed
97.2% (44 out of 45 residents) were entirely satisfied.
NSW's Managing Director Nigel Woolford kindly donated a £100
worth of raffle prizes which were drawn by the Right Worshipful
Councillor Tim Ball.
Special thanks to GC&S's Carol Taylor (Scheme Manager) and
BANES's Caroline Hoare (Extra Care Services Manager) and their
teams for doing all of the hard work on the day.
