Consultation on draft Partnership Sign Up Policy and Standards

We are currently developing a Partnership Sign Up Policy and set of Service Standards, which are aimed at ensuring that all customers are signed up to their tenancies in the same way and to the same standard.

The start of a tenancy is possibly the most important time in our relationship with our customers and it’s crucial that we provide the right information at each stage.
