Dual language link to repairs desk

The Guinness Trust Hackney Office is proud to launch its
dual direct language line to the Repairs Desk.
A special line has been installed in the reception of the
Hackney office that will provide tenants with a direct link to the
appropriate interpreter.
The service provides direct links to a Bengali or
Turkish interpreter by pressing the appropriate button. The
interpreter will link the tenant direct to the repairs desk and in
a three way conversation convey the details of the repairs request
plus contact details etc.
This Service will be available from today, Monday 8th
December 2008.
