Guinness Trust Repairs Desk: Our new Email address goes live!

In the spring we ran a competition in our newsletter Repairs Matter to choose a new, snappy email address.

We had a great response and 57% of our customers who replied decided that gtrepairs@guinness.org.uk was their preferred option.

The good news is that our new email address is up and running and customers can use it now to report repairs. Any emails sent to the old address will be automatically forwarded to the new address.

We have publicised the new email address in the current edition of Repairs Matter, which will be posted to our customers in the next few days. Also included is a new fridge magnet. The magnet has our telephone number and our website address as well as our new email address.

We will be sending out supplies of new magnets to the local offices in the next few weeks.
