Your new Tenancy Agreement - As easy as 1, 2, 3!

All tenants across The Guinness Partnership have now received their new and improved tenancy agreements. If you are an Assured or Assured Shorthold tenant, you will need to sign and return a copy of your agreement in the pre-paid envelope you were provided with.

It really is as simple as that, those returned before the end of April will be entered in to a prize draw to win one of three £50 vouchers! The new agreements are another step towards providing you, our customers with a higher and consistent level of service.

All you need to do is:-

1. Pick up a pen

2. Sign your name

3. Post it to us in the pre-paid envelope provided.
