The Management Team is led by Guinness Care and Support Managing Director, Paul Watson. The team meets monthly to plan and coordinate activities and actions on company business and to monitor and manage performance. It also gives feedback to the Executive Team on Partnership matters and considers how best to implement agreed Partnership policies.

Denise works with a small team. They have responsibility for customer engagement, policy and procedures, quality assurance and performance systems as well as looking at the impact of the wider environment on Guinness Care and Support.

Anne manages a number of projects for GCS as well as helping implement Partnership policies. She is also the company’s Customer Excellence sponsor and works with our Champions to help staff understand and put into practice The Gober Method.

Mick Green, based in Exeter, is acting as the Interim Senior HR Manager with responsibility for human resources and health and safety.
