One of our key advantages is our ability to efficiently deliver integrated and flexible care, support and assistive technology in extra care housing schemes, sheltered schemes and supported living, and to older people and people with a learning disability in their own homes via local authority systems and directly to individuals.
Our integrated care and support offering is tailored to each individual, who are able to choose from the following menu of services, depending on their circumstances and care and support needs:
- Care homes for older people – we provide a broad range for older people who are physically frail and in need of round-the-clock care.
- Care homes for people with learning disabilities or mental health needs – our residential care home settings for people with learning disabilities or mental health needs treat each resident as an individual, and not just one of a group.
- Home care in your own home – we help people you maintain their independence at home through our home care teams.
- Technology at home – by installing the latest technology in people’s homes we can further enable them to maintain their independence.
- Community-based support – working with people with learning disabilities in their local communities, we provide support to enable independence and empower people to lead fulfilled lives achieve the goals they want in their life.
- Extra care and sheltered housing schemes – our schemes provide safe and secure housing schemes for older people. Extra care schemes incorporate on-site care and support services 24-hours-a-day 7-days-a-week, whilst sheltered schemes provide housing for older people.
- Day care – our day care services provide a mix of activities and entertainment, specialist facilities and health treatments, led by our skilled and enthusiastic teams.
- Foyers for young people – we support young people to live independently through our Foyers by providing both housing and support to help young people gain independence and make the right choices for them.
