The Guinness Developments Ltd Board oversees and advises on the Partnership’s Low Cost Home Ownership Sales programme. The GDL Board:

• Provide advice to the Project Review Group and Company Boards when making investment decisions
• Monitor the capacity of the Partnership to commit to new programmes
• Monitor and reviews sales activity and performance
• Endeavour to ensure an appropriate risk/ reward ratio in relation to the Partnership’s overall sales programme
