Guinness Hermitage has skilled and committed Board members who provide effective governance.
Board members are not employees; they receive a small payment for their services, but this is not a salary. Board members help us to plan business strategy and to monitor our performance.
Guinness Hermitage has three Board members who are also our residents. In addition to their other skills, they bring the customers' point of view to our discussions and decisions.
