The Management Team is led by Guinness South Managing Director, Margaret Dodwell. The team meets monthly to plan and coordinate activities and actions on company business and to monitor and manage performance. It also gives feedback to the Executive Team on Partnership matters and considers how best to implement agreed Partnership policies.
