Housing associations across the UK are responsible for millions of homes and, like Guinness South, they need skilled and committed Boards to help provide effective governance for their organisations.

Board members are not employees.  They receive a small payment for their services.  Board members help to plan business strategy and play a crucial role in monitoring our performance to ensure the strategy is delivered.

Guinness South has two Board members who are also residents of ours so in addition to their other skills, a real life customer understanding is at the core of all the Board's decisions.
