Meet the Customer Strategy Group

The Customer Strategy Group shapes and influences the Partnership's thinking and future direction. The Group acts as a source of customer insight for the Partnership, providing them with the customers' viewpoint. It also ensures that all customers are kept informed and have a voice with regards to the issues that affect them.

Who sits on the group?

The Group is chaired by a Trustee from The Guinness Partnership Board. It is made up of customer representatives from each of the companies that form The Guinness Partnership, as well as some independent customers.

I am a member of the Parchment Property Service Committee, the Hermitage Resident's Consultative Committee, the Havant Service User Involvement Group for Care and Support, represent Guinness Care and Support on the Portsmouth Service User Reference Group.

Paul has been a resident of Guinness since 1994 and originally set up a Residents Association to tackle repairs issues on his estate. He went on to gain the Chartered Institute of Housing Tenant Participation Certificate and served for many years as the Vice Chair of the Guinness Trust East Region Tenants and Residents Federation.

I became a Guinness Midsummer Tenant in 2002, and eventually a member of the Tenants Panel, which I subsequently Chaired until this year. In addition, I work as a Disability Awareness Trainer in the Milton Keynes Area, and with my wife, have given DA Presentations at the GS Offices in Milton Keynes, Stratford, and Chelmsford.
