The Info Line, which is a pilot scheme for the South West, was launched at the beginning of November and aims to provide timely care and support information at your convenience. Maureen Jackman, our Project Officer, will answer your questions, respond to requests for further information and signpost enquirers to specific services within Guinness Care and Support. Our aim is to help identify the kind of care and support that would suit you and then ensure you are able to talk in more detail to the relevant people.
Existing Guinness Care and Support customers can also benefit from our new service. Those who may want some additional help at home or to move to an alternative scheme can be put in contact with the nearest home care team or relevant manager to discuss further options.
You can ring us between 10am and 3pm to talk to us directly, or leave a message outside of these times and one of our friendly staff will get back to you when it is convenient for you. When you ring the Info Line your call will be answered in keeping with our Customer Service Standards. We will post or email further information to you. If your enquiry requires you to talk to someone else within Guinness Care and Support they will contact you immediately to discuss this with you. You will then receive a call back from me to ensure that you have received the information you required.
Please feel free to give our number to your friends and family who may be interested in the services we can offer.
