Education Awards

We realise that many of our customers would like to do some training or study to help them find work but they are struggling to pay for it.

The Education Awards are part of the Partnership’s drive to really make a difference to people’s lives. Grants can be used to pay for course fees, books, tools or equipment or any other relevant expenditure essential for the course or training.

Last year’s Guinness Partnership Education Awards saw nine residents receive a total of almost £20,000 to pay for education or training that will help them find work.

We are now accepting applications for our 2012 Education Awards. To apply please fill in the application form and return to Claire Eley by Friday 25 May 2012.

Good Luck!

The awards are not designed to replace or supplement any national funding such as the Student Loan scheme for people studying degree courses.
