Allan Skiggs is the Chair of our Customer Strategy Group. This group of residents and customers works closely with us to influence our policies and define our services.
In late September 2011 we held our annual customer conference. During the two day event, 80 residents and customers provided valuable feedback on our homes and services and everyone agreed it was a real success.
We’ve named our new office after residents, Flo and John Robins, because they’ve lived in the same home for 66 years!
We champion customer development! Last year we created opportunities for nearly 100 customers in the South to gain NVQ level II qualifications. Others took courses in literacy and numeracy.
