Our staff

The Partnership employs over 3,000 staff to deliver our housing and care services across the country and with such a large workforce it is re-assuring to know that people really enjoy working here.

Because our staff believe in what we do, they regularly ‘go the extra mile’ to deliver great service to our residents and customers. We are particularly proud of our Investor in People (IIP) status.

Comic Relief

Guinness Northern Counties (GNC), in Oldham, was a hive of activity on the 18 March 2011 as we answered the phones for Comic Relief. Our volunteers were kept busy from 7pm until midnight, taking over 2,700 calls and over £103,000 worth of donations
