Generous Annual Leave entitlement

  • 25 days per annum plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time)
  • 4 additional Partnership days during festive period plus the option to apply to buy 5 more days
  • 1 day per 5 years service up to a max of four additional days

Flexible Working

  • Flexible working available in most posts (maximum 13 days per annum).  Ask to find out if this is applicable to your post.

Generous Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Leave

Maternity

For employees with 26 or more weeks’ service by the 15th week before the due date:

  • 6 weeks 100% salary
  • 20 weeks half pay (on top of statutory maternity pay if eligible)
  • 13 weeks SMP

This is conditional upon a return to work of 6 months or a requirement to re-pay the additional amount.

Paternity

  • 5 days full plus 5 days statutory pay for first child in any 1 year.

Child Care Vouchers

  • Childcare voucher provision out of gross pay linked to HMRC guidelines (not subsidised). 
  • Additional £20 per week subsidised voucher for all employees with children pre-school. 

Learning and Development Opportunities

  • Professional / business training supported financially
  • Non-work related learning and development award of up to £100 (Aspire programme).
