Victory Fields,
Upper Rissington

Built on the site of the former RAF Rissington base, we’re working with Linden Homes to build and manage a new village for a new generation of families.

The new village square will include a gym, shops, schools and a nursery.

We took on the affordable homes in the scheme, which were completed in 2015. We manage 10 shared ownership and 16 affordable rent homes in this rural development.

We made sure the village fitted in with the surrounding area of outstanding natural beauty, by using stone from a local quarry and the natural slate roofing matches to match the Cotswold style.

Reaching new heights

Opened in 1938, RAF Little Rissington was a training ground for thousands of pilots in World War Two. More than 700 of the pilots who trained here received gallantry awards, and four the Victoria Cross.

Since the war it’s been home to the Red Arrows, and was the largest military contingency hospital in Europe during the Gulf War.

After its decommission in 2004, we’re proud to be bringing new homes for the local community.
