Earlier in the year, we spent time chatting to residents about the opportunities we provide for people to get involved in helping us with our decision-making and changing services for the better.
Working with an experienced consultant from the Housing Quality Network, we took the views and feedback from residents and staff and improved the opportunities for resident involvement. Not only have we improved existing ways of being involved, we’ve increased the ways residents can get involved now – including a number of different opportunities to share their views and opinions from the comfort of their own home.
