Our brand new homes for outright sale are built by our private development company, Guinness Developments Ltd. In Spring 2006 we completed our first site of 15 luxury one and two bed apartments in Islington, which proved to be an enormous success. All homes were purchased before the development was completed and customer feedback has been excellent.

We have a long defects period (normally one year) for the rectification of any initial 'teething problems' with each home. Buyers have access to a telephone line for reporting such defects, which we promise to follow up speedily and professionally.

We are now planning future developments and are busy selecting attractive and well located sites around the country.
