Complaints, compliments and comments
We always welcome comments, suggestions, complaints and
compliments. We see them as ways of giving everyone a better
service. Your complaints show us where we are getting things wrong
and your compliments show us that we are providing the service that
you expect and want.
The Guinness Partnership is committed to always giving a good
service but we know that sometimes things can go wrong. If this
happens or you are not happy with the service we have given or you
feel you have been treated unfairly or rudely please let us
know.
Anyone can use our complaints procedure. It is designed so that
we can investigate complaints quickly and thoroughly and hopefully
sort them out to your satisfaction.
We would always suggest that to begin with you talk to the staff
member who would normally deal with the matter. This would be for
example your housing officer, the maintenance surveyor. Quite often
they will be able to sort out the problem then and there.
If you still feel that situation hasn't been resolved or the
issue needs to be considered at a higher level then you should use
the three stage complaints procedure.
