Complaints, compliments and comments

Complaints and compliments

Guinness Trust welcomes feedback such as your complaints, comments, and compliments about the service we provide. Your complaints and comments show us where we are getting things wrong and how we can improve things. Your compliments tell us that we are providing the service that you expect and want.

To compliment a member of staff who has given you exceptional service, or to make a comment about our service you can call or write to us, email us, speak to a member of staff in person or use our online contact form.

If something goes wrong, on the other hand, we would encourage you to start by talking to the member of staff who would normally deal with the matter.

Making a complaint

To make a complaint you can complete our online contact form, write to us at or telephone any of our offices, speak to, or email any member of staff. If you would like to view or download a copy of our complaints leaflet for customers, please click here.

We have a clear policy for dealing with complaints - for full details please view our complaints policy.
