  • Feedback on changes influenced by your involvement.
  • Future priorities shaped by your views..
  • An open dialogue - if we can't do something we will tell you why.
  • Translation and interpreting services and documents on tape and in Braille or large print.
  • Regular updates on spending and performance.

Building Communities

7. Strengthen relationships within your communities.

  • Partnerships with other agencies.
  • Support for local activities in the form of funding, staff and resources.
