The Training Partnership
The courses organised by the Training Partnership equip
you to contribute to Guinness Trust and to your community. They
also give you skills that you can use at work or in your home
life.

- Skills development programme (personal effectiveness,
communication, self-awareness…)

How We Work
The Training Partnership brings together Guinness Trust
customers and staff to produce courses that are high quality,
relevant to customers and cost effective.
It is run by a management group that is chaired by a customer
and includes staff and customers from across the Guinness
Partnership. This management group is part of the
Customer Strategy Group (please note this
