Paying Your Rent
Your rent is used to pay for the costs of repairing and managing
your home, repaying the money borrowed to build your home and to
cover the costs of future improvements to it. If we don't get the
rent which is due we can't meet our obligations to you, so paying
your rent is important.

Do you want to use a PayPoint or PAYzone outlet?
Using your existing payment card you can now make
payments through PayPoint and PAYzone outlets, which are
located in local shops and garages throughout the country.

Do you want to pay by telephone or online?
Alternatively you can use your debit or credit cards through
Allpay's telephone payment line (Tel: 0870 243 6040) or
Allpay's website www.allpay.net.
What should I do if I am having problems paying my
rent?
Your Housing Officer can give you
straightforward advice and assistance in helping you to manage your
money by, for instance, helping you draw up a weekly or monthly
budget.
If your circumstances are more complex, we can put you in contact
with other agencies such as your local
Citizens Advice
Bureau.
We can also help you maximise your income by helping you to
complete benefit claim forms, or advise you as to which benefits
you may be entitled to.
