Paying Your Rent

We are making it easier than ever to pay your rent. If you are having problems paying your rent, contact your housing officer or income recovery officer as soon as possible. We can only help you if you tell us that you need our help. Guidance on dealing with money problems can be found in the Managing Your Money pages.

Making a one-off payment is easy by phone, online or in any AllPay outlet.

Phone

You will need your AllPay card and a debit or credit card.

AllPay's telephone payment line: 0844 557 8321.

London residents can now pay us directly over the phone:

  • Hackney residents: 0208 880 0373
  • All other London residents: 0208 519 2599

Online

Go to AllPay's website. Be sure to have your AllPay card and debit or credit card to hand.

AllPay outlets

Look for the AllPay sign in shops or use your card in any Post Office.

Setting up regular payments is just as easy with a direct debit or standing order. Contact your local office for more information.

Direct debit

To set up a direct debit, you will need to fill in a direct debit mandate (ask us for one). Remember to include your payment reference. You can find it on your rent statement or ask us for it. When you have filled in your form, send it to your local area office.

Standing order

To set up a standing order, you will need to complete a standing order authority and send it to your bank. Ask us for a form. Remember to include your payment reference. You can find it on your rent statement or ask us for it. When you have filled in your form, send it to your bank.
