We value the input of our customers in helping us make decisions about the services we provide and our service standards. We want our customers to have a wide range of opportunities to be involved in making decisions about the services that we provide. An opportunity has now arisen for a customer to contribute to the governance of Guinness, through membership of our Service and Performance Committee.

As a member of the committee, you’ll provide constructive challenge on all aspects of our service delivery. You’ll be involved in monitoring and scrutinising services across Guinness, providing valuable insight as a customer.

In return for your time and insight you’ll receive £4,000 a year and help shape what we do for our 65,000 customers.

To find the right person to join us we’d hope that you can tick at least two of these boxes:

  • Experience of working for a charity, housing, public sector organisation or in property management or repairs
  • Been part of a committee or other working group before
  • Knows what good customer service looks like
  • Worked in a supervisory or management capacity

To be eligible you must be a Guinness customer who rents aged 18 or over.
