Where do you live?

The Guinness Partnership is split into three housing companies. Each housing company works closely with its residents to deliver the housing services they want, when they want them.

• Guinness Hermitage runs from Cornwall to Gloucestershire and across to Havant, in Hampshire. The head office is in Bristol.
• Guinness South runs from North Norfolk to Brighton, including London. The head office is in Milton Keynes.
• Guinness Northern Counties runs from Newcastle to Nottingham, including Manchester. The head office is in Oldham.

Our housing companies provide a wide range of housing management and repairs services; they tackle anti-social behaviour, collect rent and support community activities such as employment and benefits advice.
