Anti-social behaviour (ASB) ranges from low level nuisance such as noisy music and inconsiderate car parking to serious harassment and domestic abuse.
Examples of ASB
- Noise – playing loud music, frequent parties, very loud television, banging doors, persistent car and burglar alarms
- Vehicle nuisance such as dangerous driving, repairing vehicles in residential areas, inconsiderate parking and abandoned cars
- Property damage such as graffiti, vandalism, broken windows and fences
- Litter and dumped items such as sofas and fridges
- Nuisance from pets such as noise or bad smells, dog mess and dogs roaming, fighting or biting people
- Untidy gardens
- Lifestyle clashes
- Verbal and physical abuse or intimidation
- Racial or sexual harassment
- Harassment based on someone’s age
- Criminal behaviour such as drug dealing from one of our properties
- Violence
- Hate crimes
- Domestic abuse

- Contact us as soon as possible after the incident and tell us what happened. We have arrangements in place for reporting incidents 24 hours a day
- Record details of any further incidents using the incident log we will give you
- Encourage any other witnesses to contact us
