Guinness Hermitage is committed to involving residents in improving our housing services. Your input can make a real difference and influence the way we deliver services in the future.

There are many ways to get involved - all requiring different levels of time and commitment.  We aim to offer something to suit everyone, so please do take the opportunity to browse through this section and consider if there is a method of involvement that suits you.

Here are just some of the ways our residents can get involved:

• From your own home - taking part in Mystery shopping, completing questionnaires, joining our Resident Reading Panel. 
• In your local area - attending an Estate Walkabout or Community event, joining an informal Resident Group or Resident Association.
• Improving general services - attending a one-off Focus Group, or joining a Service Improvement Group.
• Higher level involvement - influencing decision-making as a member of an Area panel, an Area Committee or our Board. Joining our Resident Scrutiny Panel, our Resident Interview Panel or our Editorial panel.     

In addition to specific Guinness Hermitage opportunities, you may also like to consider joining our national Customer Strategy Group.  This is highest possible level of involvement and gives you a key input in the development of national policies for the future.
