• Have a clear rent account (or have an arrangement in place to reduce your arrears)
• Have had an annual gas service which is still valid
• Have not caused any anti-social behaviour

How do I collect points?

 You will earn your points for maintaining a good home and garden, for being making sure you comply with your tenancy agreement and engaging with Guinness Hermitage through our various panels and groups. Some examples are:

• Filling in surveys
• Attending meetings

• Taking part in focus groups
• Attending estate walkabouts
• Officers awarding points
