Guinness Hermitage has recruited an eight-strong group of residents, who take part in staff recruitment panels for all front-line positions in Guinness Hermitage. Our group of enthusiastic and capable Resident Interviewers have received comprehensive training and are fully supported in fulfilling their key role. One of our Resident Interviewers is fully involved on each staff recruitment panel, thereby bringing a residents’ perspective to this important process.
