The Guinness Hermitage Resident Scrutiny Panel (RSP) will exist in order to scrutinize those aspects of Guinness Hermitage policies and procedures that are considered by RSP to be under-performing; of too low a standard; or out of synch with residents’ priorities and aspirations, with a view to assessing facts, reaching conclusions and making recommendations for change.
We have recruited individuals to it and the panel members are currently working with an independent mentor and the Guinness Hermitage Board to develop their preferred model of resident scrutiny.
