Want to make a difference to our policies and the services all Guinness Hermitage residents receive?

We want to hear what residents think about how we should be delivering your services, and any changes that we are making. Consultation with you is a really important part of all our projects and decisions.

We need residents from across the whole company to be involved in this through focus groups and service improvement groups.
