Service Improvement Groups are partnership groups, comprising of Guinness Hermitage residents and staff members.
In early 2009, we set up five Service Improvement Groups on the following topics:
- Estate Services
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Anti-Social Behaviour
- Community Investment
- Marketing & Communications
Each group has up to 15 resident members and are led by the staff member who has overall responsibility for the particular service.
The groups enable Guinness Hermitage residents to influence the way services are delivered, and help ensure that standards are maintained and services improved, whilst still providing value for money.
By working with the resident members of the Service Improvement Groups we aim to deliver better, more cost effective and responsive services for all our residents.
