Estate walkabouts

Two men on an estate walkabout

Guinness Hermitage invites local residents to attend regular estate walkabouts.

Estate walkabouts are conducted regularly throughout the year and are led by our Housing Officers.

The estate walkabouts enable residents, staff members and other agencies to view various local estate issues first-hand.

Our main aim is discuss these issues and decide on possible courses of action to resolve the issues while the key people are together on site.

Who can join an estate walkabout?

The following people are invited to attend our estate walkabouts:

  • Local Guinness Hermitage residents
  • Staff from Guinness Hermitage and Parchment Property Services
  • Local councillors and council officers
  • Police officers (Beat Bobbies and PCSO's)
  • Representatives from other relevant agencies

If you are interested in joining the next estate walkabout in your area, please contact your local Housing Officer.
