Being part of a local residents' group enables Guinness Hermitage residents to have a stronger, collective say in many housing and community matters.
Resident groups are a popular form of involvement for many residents.
Resident groups give people the opportunity to become actively involved in their local community and to influence the way their homes are managed.
They bring people together with a common interest and improve communication channels with Guinness Hermitage and other community organisations.
There are currently two types of local resident groups - Area Panels and Tenant Associations.
These local groups work in partnership with us to improve services for the benefit of all residents. If you are interested in setting up or joining a local residents group contact your local Resident Involvement Officer.
