Buildings Insurance

Buildings insurance for home owners' homes are normally arranged through an insurance provider identified by The Guinness Partnership. The cost of the insurance cover is usually collected monthly with the rent or service charge. However leases do vary and you may need to insure your home yourself.

Contents Insurance

You will need to ensure that you have insurance to cover your possessions, this is called contents insurance. You may also like to consider taking out a service contract/insurance cover for the central heating system, as this is not covered on a standard building insurance policy.

Please remember your belongings are your responsibility, so arrange contents insurance to make sure your possessions are protected.
