Welcome to Repairs! Here you can find information about how to report a repair and what you can expect from our repairs teams.

There are two types of repairs:

  • Emergency and
  • Non-emergency or Routine repairs

You can report a repair at any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please don’t use the website if you have an emergency repair.

Is it an emergency?

If you smell gas in your home, please call Transco immediately on 0800 111 999.

The following list covers some of the things that we would consider an emergency.

  • No electricity at all
  • No heating or hot water (during the Winter months)
  • Severe leaks – one that can’t be contained
  • Security issues – doors or ground floor windows
  • Only toilet broken
  • Unsafe electrics eg exposed wiring
