We want you to feel safe, secure and happy in your home and neighbourhood. We know that most of our residents are thoughtful to their neighbours. As a resident you are responsible for the behaviour of anyone visiting you, or living with you.
If you are a victim of ASB please report it to us as soon as possible. You can do this:
If you are in immediate physical danger or concerned for the safety of a neighbour dial 999.
We will ask you to:
- Record details of any further incidents using the incident log we will give you
- Encourage any other witnesses to contact us
We will work with you to:
- Provide support and advice
- Work with the local authorities, police and other agencies to deal with those causing the problems
- Find solutions to the problem that benefit you and the whole neighbourhood
