To help us find out what our residents think about our services and how we deliver them. These meetings help us find out how any changes to the services we deliver will affect you.

Throughout the year, depending on what we need to consult on.

How:

Groups of residents will meet with Guinness South staff to think about how changes we make could affect them. Details of focus groups will be advertised in 'Our Voice' residents' magazine, via this website or by contacting those who have said they would like to be involved directly.
