Customer service and performance scrutiny committee/Guinness South Board

Aim:

To allow residents to be involved in high level decision-making for the benefit of all our residents.

When:

The Customer Service and Performance Scrutiny Committee meets between four and six times a year. The Board meets six times a year.

How:

Membership is through an application process and places are advertised through ‘Our Voice’ residents’ magazine and this website when they become available. Members on both the Committee and the Board are given training and the opportunity to review in detail how Guinness South is performing. They influence the decisions made by Guinness South at the highest level.
